Refund & Cancellation

At ARIKSHA, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. Each luxury handcrafted piece is made with utmost care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel your order, please email us at support@ariksha.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
• For prepaid cancelled orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is physically damaged or defective.
• The wrong product or size was delivered to you.

You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing us with a clear unboxing video and photos.

3. Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all brand tags intact.
• Items bought on sale or using promotional discount codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, ARIKSHA will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. In cases where reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, you may be asked to ship the product back to us, and we will reimburse standard shipping costs upon verification.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality check team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund securely.
