All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Currently, ARIKSHA strictly delivers within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live directly on our website.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are completely accurate. ARIKSHA is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will try reaching out to you before returning the package.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with, opened, or damaged during transit, please do not accept it. Take a video/photo of the package and immediately contact us at support@ariksha.in. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
